The grinding wheel consists of a large wheel and a small wheel, which allows the user to travel freely on the road.The wheel looks like half a bicycle, but it has no seat, handlebars, pedals, or cushions.It is used in much the same way as a skateboard: the user places one foot (usually the right one) on the pedal on the side of the large wheel of the mill, and then pushes the other foot off the ground to gain momentum.This is certainly quite energy efficient compared to gas-guzzling vehicles.When the wheel gets enough "horsepower" to move forward and the user's body is balanced, he or she can place the foot on the pedal on the other side of the wheel.
